Tucker Worster

In 3 short years, Tucker took a struggling business with no employees and facilitated a transition that led to $10M in revenue and a spot on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list.

Tucker’s vast industry experience includes managing clients that represent every aspect of the market, running and owning multiple buying groups, owning hearing aid clinics, and currently having ownership stake in multiple hearing aid-related entities.

Tucker co-founded what is now HearWorks in 2016, but his industry experience began a decade earlier. In early 2020, Tucker acquired the marketing firm Paradigm Growth 360 which led to the HearWorks rebrand. Today, HearWorks positively impacts hundreds of practices through its marketing, coaching, and buying group programs.

Tucker graduated from Baylor University with a degree in marketing. He now is a mentor to Baylor University Business School students and an Ambassador Board Member of the University’s Center for Professional Selling. At home, Tucker and his wife, Carolyn, run around Houston watching their two boys play competitive baseball and basketball.

Erik Sorensen

Erik is passionate about growing business. In his 18 years of experience, his marketing and strategy have provided substantial growth for his clients. Now Erik is deploying his proven strategies in Hearing Health Care Private Practice & ENT to bring new innovations, technology, and strategy to combat the threats that face them. In addition to growing business, his goal is to help these organizations thrive and raise the entire level of the industry.

Before selling in 2016, Erik generated over $56 million dollars in his advertising agency business handling many Fortune 500 and 1000 companies like Walt Disney, TDS Telecom, The FBI, the US Air Force, Kia Motors, MaxxSouth Broadband, USA Communications, Rio Alto, and JF Capital to name a few. Erik then co-founded the industry’s first Automation company before developing the marketing & automation systems for HearWorks.

Erik has owned multiple marketing-related businesses and is currently a private practice owner with clinics in Phoenix and Surprise. He has 10 children, yes 10, and is a marathon runner, Ironman triathlete, and instrument-rated pilot.
